College Of Nursing S V B P Hospital, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. In 1975, the school of Nursing was initiated with GNM Diploma course of 3 years and 6 months with seat capacity of 66 students. In 2006, Central govt decided to upgrade this nursing school to B.Sc. Nursing College. In 2007, College of Nursing, Meerut, was ordain to upgrade from nursing school to B.Sc. Nursing College, as directed by Health and Family welfare Ministry of Indian Government. In 2012, B.Sc. Nursing course was started after getting affiliation from Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi with seat capacity of 50 students as first Government Nursing College in Uttar Pradesh.
