Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

PUC / 10 +2 with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English. If belonging to a scheduled caste or a scheduled tribe, should have obtained not less than 40% (Only SC/ST candidate of the Karnataka is considered) of the total marks in science subjects and completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete this age on or before 31st August of the year of admission.

Documents Required at the time of Admission:

• Marks Cards – 10th & 12th Std issued by Board / University.
• Migration Certificate issued by Board / University.
• Conduct / Character Certificate & Transfer / Migration Certificate issued by School / College last studied.
• Date of Birth / Age Proof certificate.
• Caste Certificate (only for those belonging to reserved categories).
• Ten stamp size & Ten passport size Photographs.
• Government ID Proof
