Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

Candidate who are seeking to take admission in BPT Course must passed:

• Passed 2 years Intermediate Examination (10 + 2 pattern) with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistryas optional, which shall include a practical test in each subject.
• Any other examination of (10 + 2 pattern) recognized by the University in Andhra Pradesh or Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects, which shall include a practical test in each of these subjects.
• Intermediate (10+2) with Bridge course with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry.
• Pass in Intermediate Vocational (Physiotherapy).

A candidate seeking admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy course should have completed 17 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Every candidate before admission to the course shall furnish to Principal of the Institution a certificate of Medical Fitness from an authorized Government Medical Officer to the effect, that the candidate is physically fit to undergo Physiotherapy course.

English shall be the medium of instruction for all the subjects of study and for the examinations of the BPT Course.

• Admission can be taken through Government seat selection for Government seats in all the colleges under RGUHS.
• Candidate can join Physiotherapy course under BPT or MPT Course under Government quota seat selection only for Karnataka students or can join under Managment quota directly contacting respective affiliated colleges comes under RGUHS.
