The Robert B. Rutherford Integrated Residency in Vascular Surgery at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine is a 5-year, 0+5 ACGME/RRC-accredited residency designed to provide comprehensive training in vascular and endovascular surgery and patient care. Residents gain hands-on experience in the diagnosis, preoperative evaluation, operative management and postoperative care of patients with vascular diseases. Training is conducted across University Hospital, the Veterans Administration and community hospital settings, with senior residents also developing teaching skills and participating in academic conferences and presentations.
