The Sports Medicine Fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center is a one-year advanced training program focused on the evaluation, treatment, and prevention of sports-related injuries and medical conditions. Fellows gain hands-on experience in sports injury management, musculoskeletal ultrasound, joint and soft-tissue injections, imaging interpretation, and fluoroscopic procedures. Training includes team physician responsibilities for collegiate, professional, and high school sports teams, as well as medical coverage at sporting events. Fellows also receive exposure to orthopedic and arthroscopic procedures and participate in community sports medicine activities.
