- Bachelor's degree with at least 55% marks.
- Candidates from healthcare, life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, nursing, allied health, health informatics, or related disciplines are eligible.
- Fresh graduates as well as working professionals may apply.
- Prior experience (1–3 years) in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, data science, or technology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must successfully clear the institute's interview process.
