Neurological Surgery Residency Program

1. Applicants must graduate from a medical school in the United States or Canada accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), or from an American Osteopathic Association-accredited medical school.
2. Graduates of medical schools outside the United States and Canada must graduate from a school listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS) and hold a valid Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certification or meet the applicable United States medical licensure requirements.
3. Applicants must meet the additional eligibility requirements established by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) for Neurological Surgery.
4. Applicants must be eligible to obtain the required California medical training authorization and licensure.
5. Applicants must submit the required application materials and meet the program's selection requirements.

The Neurological Surgery Residency Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center provides comprehensive training across all major areas of neurological surgery, supported by experienced neurosurgeons, spinal surgeons, neuroradiologists and neurologists. Residents gain exposure to complex neurological conditions, advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, and a high-volume Level I trauma center.
