MS General Surgery

1. Must possess a recognized MBBS degree
2. Completion of Compulsory Rotating Residential Internship (CRRI)
3. Valid permanent or provisional registration with NMC / State Medical Council
4. NEET-PG qualification is mandatory
5. Admission through State quota or All India quota counseling

The MS General Surgery program at Tagore Medical College & Hospital provides comprehensive postgraduate training in core surgical principles and operative techniques. 1. Appear for and qualify NEET-PG examination
2. Register for Tamil Nadu State PG Medical Counseling or All India Quota counseling (MCC)
3. Select MS General Surgery – Tagore Medical College & Hospital, Chennai during choice filling
4. Seat allotment based on NEET-PG rank, category, and seat availability
5. Report to the institute for document verification and fee payment
6. Complete admission formalities and commence postgraduate training
