1. MBBS degree from a recognised NMC-approved medical college.
2. Completion of a 1-year compulsory internship.
3. Permanent registration with a State Medical Council.
4. Qualified NEET-PG in the relevant academic year.
5. Submission of required documents (MBBS degree, internship completion, NEET-PG scorecard, registration certificate, identity, and category certificates).
