MS General Surgery

The MS program provides extensive hands‑on surgical training across core domains:

• Units in general, emergency, and trauma surgery
• Exposure to elective procedures (hernia, breast, GI, endocrine), wound management, basic laparoscopic techniques, and trauma care
• Rotations through surgical ICU, casualty, and operating rooms
• Curriculum alignment with NMC’s Competency‑Based Curriculum and RGUHS standards, including journal clubs, academic seminars, case presentations, and thesis research

1. MBBS degree with completed internship from an NMC‑recognized institution
2. Valid NEET‑PG score
3. Permanent registration with a State Medical Council
4. Seat allotment through RGUHS/KEA PG counseling
