The MD Obstetrics and Gynecology program at Government Medical College, Ambikapur, provides comprehensive training in women’s health and reproductive care. Students learn to manage normal and complicated pregnancies, conduct safe deliveries, and perform gynecological surgeries such as hysterectomy, myomectomy, and laparoscopic procedures. The department is equipped with labor rooms, maternal ICUs, neonatal ICUs, and modern diagnostic tools for prenatal care.
