Overview

• Government Medical College, Ongole, established in 2008, is a government-run institution affiliated with NTRUHS and approved by the NMC .
  The MD General Medicine program has an annual intake of 6 seats.
• The Department of General Medicine offers comprehensive clinical training, including inpatient and outpatient services, emergency care, and diagnostic evaluations. Faculty comprises distinguished Professors and Assistant Professors who oversee teaching, patient management, and community health initiatives .
• The hospital supports this training with advanced facilities, including ICU, emergency trauma response, and modern diagnostic tools (though these are general hospital features mostly described for the Surgery department, the infrastructure supports all clinical departments).

MBBS degree, recognized by NMC

Completed internship

Qualified NEET-PG

Registration and participation in counselling (via AIQ through MCC or State Quota via NTRUHS)
