MD General Medicine

Overview

• MD General Medicine is a comprehensive three-year clinical programme covering a wide range of adult medical disorders—supporting clinical skills, case management, diagnostic acumen, and critical care. Training includes inpatient and outpatient clinical rotations across medicine wards, emergency, ICU, and subspecialties. Experience is enhanced through case conferences, journal clubs, thesis research, and teaching interns/juniors. Experience at EPCMS is bolstered by:
• A 150‑bed General Medicine unit split into five beds each in five units
• OPD services located on a single-floor design for streamlined clinical exposure

Eligibility

1. MBBS degree with internship completion from an NMC-recognized institution
2. Valid NEET‑PG score (General ≥50th percentile, reserved categories ≥40th)
3. Permanent registration with the State Medical Council
