The MD in Community Medicine at AIIMS Raebareli is a three-year postgraduate medical programme that deepens students’ knowledge of public health and preventive medicine. The curriculum encompasses epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, health economics, health policy and management, health promotion, community diagnosis, and research methodology. Students participate in field postings, community surveys, national health programmes, and preventive health campaigns under faculty supervision. Training emphasizes analytical skills for assessing health needs, planning and evaluating health interventions, and guiding evidence-based public health decisions. Graduates are prepared for roles in public health leadership, government health services, research institutions, academia, international health agencies, and health policy planning units.

1. Complete MBBS & internship: Ensure MBBS degree and internship completion.
2. Register for INI-CET: Apply for the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test before the deadline.
3. Appear in INI-CET: Take the entrance exam and obtain a rank.
4. INI-CET counselling: Register and fill choices in the centralised counselling portal.
5. Seat allotment: Seats are allotted based on rank, category, and preferences.
6. Document verification: Report to AIIMS Raebareli with original certificates.
7. Fee payment & enrolment: Complete admission formalities and start academic sessions.
