Overview

M. Sc Medical Microbiology is a three-year post-graduate programme dedicated to cover the medical and molecular aspects of immunology, mycology, virology, and bacteriology to infection. The programme equips students with the knowledge of diagnosing and treating diseases caused by bacteria, fungi and parasites. The offered programme combines lectures, seminars and practical laboratory classes, culminating in a laboratory-based research project.

• For National Students: MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / B.Pharm / BVSc / B.Sc. Life Sciences / B.Sc. Biology /B.Sc. Bio Chemestry / B.Sc. Nursing / BMLT / BPT / B.Tech. (Bio-Tech.) with minimum 55% marks.
• For International Students: The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the pre-requisite subjects for admission in to the desired program.
