- Bachelor’s degree (three-year psychology or cognate discipline) from a recognised institution.
- For psychology-degree entrants: a credit average in that degree.
- Minimum three years’ relevant employment experience (e.g., counselling, organisational learning & development, coaching) OR completion of an embedded Graduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology.
