    Department has qualified and well trained staff serving the institution for more than a decade of which few are pursuing their PhD. The faculties and postgraduates have published research papers and also have authored books apart from delivering lectures and winning awards in scientific paper presentations at both national and international conferences. The staff are elated and proud to handle classes from 1st BDS to 4th BDS and Interns.

    Undergraduate and postgraduates practice conventional methods of complete and removable denture fabrication, catering to the curriculum prescription. Posts graduates are also extending services towards maxillofacial and implant treatment to the patients. Seminar journal clubs, case discussion, clinical demonstration on a regular feature of UG /PG teaching learning activity.

Eligibility

    A candidate for admission to the MDS Course (Master of Dental Surgery) must have a recognised degree of BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) awarded by an Indian University in respect to the recognised Dental College under Section 10(2) of the Dentists Act, 1948, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Dental Council of India and should have obtained permanent registration with the State Dental Council. Candidates not possessing a recognized Dental qualification for the above purpose should secure the prior approval of his qualifications by the Dental Council of India before he can be admitted to the MDS Course of any University in India.

Admission Process:

    There shall be a uniform NEET for admission to the postgraduate dental courses in each academic year conducted in the manner, as prescribed by the National Board of Examination or any other authority appointed by the Central Government in this behalf. The overall superintendence, direction, and control of the NEET shall vest with the Council.
