The UCSF Vascular Surgery Fellowship is a 2-year ACGME-approved fellowship with one fellow selected per year. The program provides comprehensive clinical training in the management and non-invasive diagnosis of vascular disorders, with both years spent primarily on the vascular surgery service. Fellows gain extensive experience in approximately 1,000 vascular cases annually, including complex cerebrovascular, thoracoabdominal aortic, visceral, renal, and lower-extremity procedures using open surgical and endovascular techniques. The program also includes weekly clinical conferences and opportunities for faculty-mentored research and presentations at regional and national meetings.
