The Reproductive Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine is a one-year clinical fellowship focused on advanced training in women’s mental health and psychiatric care across the reproductive life cycle. Fellows receive supervised clinical experience in perinatal mental health, pregnancy and postpartum disorders, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, perimenopause, pelvic pain, sexual health, reproductive trauma, and psychiatric concerns related to breast and gynecologic cancer. The program also includes training in hormonal treatments, consultation-liaison psychiatry on obstetric wards, interdisciplinary care, teaching, research, quality improvement, and scholarly activities, with dedicated reproductive psychiatry didactics throughout the year.
