The Reconstructive Urology Fellowship at UC Irvine School of Medicine is a one-year advanced clinical fellowship focused on genitourinary reconstructive and prosthetic urology. The program provides intensive hands-on training in the surgical and clinical management of complex urologic conditions, including urethral stricture disease, genital reconstruction, penile curvature correction, hypospadias repair, penile prosthesis implantation, male urinary incontinence, and post-cancer reconstruction. Fellows also gain exposure to men’s health, sexual medicine, and bladder and upper urinary tract reconstruction, with a strong emphasis on developing expertise in advanced surgical techniques and multidisciplinary patient care.
