The Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine provides comprehensive exposure to the full spectrum of pediatric neurosurgical disorders at a nationally recognized children’s hospital. Fellows gain extensive operative experience in the management of congenital anomalies, tumors, epilepsy, vascular malformations, and traumatic injuries affecting the developing nervous system. The curriculum emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration with pediatric neurologists, intensivists, oncologists, rehabilitation specialists, and allied health professionals. Fellows participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient consultations, conferences, and scholarly activities designed to foster academic growth and leadership. Opportunities for clinical and translational research are integrated throughout the fellowship. Graduates are exceptionally well prepared for careers in academic pediatric neurosurgery and specialized clinical practice.
