Fellowship in Pediatric Epilepsy

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
• Completion of an accredited Child Neurology residency.
• Board eligible or board certified in Child Neurology.
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure.
• Submission of a completed application, CV, personal statement, letters of recommendation, and supporting documents.
• Successful completion of interviews and credentialing requirements.

The Pediatric Epilepsy Fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine provides specialized training in the comprehensive care of children with epilepsy and related seizure disorders. Fellows gain extensive experience in EEG interpretation, long-term video monitoring, and the medical and surgical evaluation of complex epilepsy cases. The curriculum emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration with neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, neuropsychologists, and allied health professionals. Fellows participate in research, educational conferences, and quality improvement initiatives under the guidance of expert faculty.
