Fellowship In Orthopedics

1. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
2. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
3. Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery
4. Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
5. Curriculum Vitae and personal statement
6. Letters of recommendation (including residency program director letter)
7. Demonstrated interest in orthopedic trauma or subspecialty orthopedic care
8. ECFMG certification for international medical graduates (if applicable)
