Fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

The Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at UCSF School of Medicine is an advanced ophthalmology subspecialty fellowship focused on the comprehensive management of disorders involving the eyelids, orbit (eye socket), lacrimal system (tear drainage), and surrounding facial structures. The program provides fellows with specialized clinical and surgical training in areas such as eyelid reconstruction, orbital surgery, lacrimal surgery, management of eyelid and orbital tumors, thyroid eye disease, facial trauma reconstruction, and functional as well as aesthetic oculoplastic procedures.
