The Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship at the University of Minnesota Medical School is a one-year clinical fellowship providing comprehensive training across the full spectrum of musculoskeletal imaging, with a strong emphasis on diagnostic imaging. Fellows gain extensive experience in MRI, CT, ultrasound, radiography, fluoroscopy, sports medicine, trauma, and orthopedic oncology, along with hands-on training in image-guided procedures such as arthrography, joint injections, spine interventions, biopsies, drainages, and tube placements. The fellowship also includes teaching, research opportunities, multidisciplinary conferences, and 8 weeks of elective time that can be used for research or rotations in other radiology subspecialties.
