Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging

• Must have completed an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program
• Should be board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology
• Must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Maryland (USA)
• Strong interest in musculoskeletal imaging and interventional procedures (preferred)
• Good academic record with letters of recommendation and clinical competence

The Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is a 1-year specialized training program designed to provide advanced expertise in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal disorders using modern imaging techniques. The program offers intensive hands-on clinical training in MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiography, along with strong exposure to image-guided interventional procedures such as joint injections, biopsies, and arthrography. Fellows work in a high-volume academic center and gain experience across a wide range of cases including sports injuries, orthopedic oncology, rheumatologic diseases, and pediatric musculoskeletal conditions. The fellowship emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, participation in conferences and tumor boards, and academic research, preparing fellows for successful careers in both academic radiology and private practice.
