Fellowship in Movement Disorders

The Movement Disorders Fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine is a two-year fellowship providing comprehensive clinical training in the diagnosis and management of movement disorders. Fellows gain experience in movement disorders clinics, subspecialty clinics, advanced therapies including deep brain stimulation (DBS), botulinum toxin, and HIFU, as well as neuro-palliative care, neuro-ophthalmology, neuro-behavioral medicine, and Huntington disease care. The program also includes video rounds, lectures, journal clubs, interdisciplinary learning, research, and community outreach. The second year is customized to the fellow’s career interests, with opportunities for advanced clinical training, research, medical education, and independent patient care.
