The Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship at the University of Minnesota Medical School is a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship offering advanced training in Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic oncology, post–skin cancer reconstruction, laser surgery, and cosmetic dermatology. Fellows train in a high-volume tertiary referral Mohs unit and gain extensive hands-on experience with complex reconstructions, including local and interpolation flaps. The program also includes weekly textbook reviews, multidisciplinary conferences, monthly journal clubs, cosmetic dermatology rotations, and research opportunities, with progressive responsibility in surgical procedure
