Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Robotic Urology

The Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Robotic Urology at UC Irvine School of Medicine is an advanced clinical training program designed to develop high-level expertise in minimally invasive urologic surgery. The fellowship provides comprehensive exposure to robotic, laparoscopic, ureteroscopic, and other endourologic procedures, enabling fellows to manage complex urological conditions with modern surgical techniques. Training focuses on extensive hands-on operative experience, multidisciplinary patient care, and active participation in academic research and teaching. The program aims to build strong clinical judgment, technical proficiency, and innovation skills, preparing fellows for leadership roles in academic institutions or high-volume surgical practice.
