Overview
This full-time 12-month fellowship provides immersive, practical training in advanced airway and pleural procedures, including EBUS, rigid bronchoscopy, cryobiopsy, airway stenting, and ventilator/critical care management. Developed by the ABIP unit—the first in India—Amrita’s program offers exposure to over 5,000 bronchoscopic procedures, including paediatric cases and complex airway interventions

Eligibility
Postgraduate degree (MD/DNB/DM) in Pulmonary Medicine or Internal Medicine
Commitment to 1–2 years of service in the department may be encouraged (per ABIP guidelines)
