Fellowship in Infectious Diseases (FID)

1. Medical degree (MD/DO or equivalent).
2. Completion of Internal Medicine residency training.
3. Must satisfy Cedars-Sinai GME eligibility and credentialing requirements.
4. International medical graduates must have graduated from a medical school listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools and have current ECFMG certification or appropriate U.S. medical licensure.

The Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles is a two-year advanced training program offering comprehensive clinical experience in infectious diseases along with specialized training in current therapeutic approaches. The fellowship is part of the UCLA Multicampus Program in Infectious Diseases, with rotations across affiliated medical centers. Fellows can pursue either an Academic Research Track or a Clinical Scholar Track, with opportunities in areas such as HIV medicine, transplant infectious diseases, global health, hospital epidemiology, antimicrobial stewardship, emerging infections, public health, and health outcomes research.
