10. Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
11. Psychiatry
12. Radiology
13. Radiation Oncology
14. Surgery
15. Must be board eligible or board certified in the primary specialty.

The Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Keck School of Medicine of USC is a 1-year ACGME-accredited fellowship providing comprehensive, interdisciplinary training in caring for patients with serious illness across inpatient, outpatient, hospice, long-term care, and skilled nursing settings. Fellows develop expertise in pain and symptom management, advanced communication, goals-of-care discussions, ethical decision-making, advance care planning, psychosocial and spiritual care, prognostication, and hospice eligibility. The program also includes weekly didactics, case conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement, and opportunities for clinical research and scholarly work.

1. Apply through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).
2. Submit the required ERAS application, personal statement, CV, and 3 letters of recommendation.
3. The fellowship reviews submitted applications.
4. Selected candidates are invited for a virtual interview.
5. The program participates in the NRMP Match.
6. Successful applicants enter the 1-year ACGME-accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship.
