Fellows receive structured training in upper and lower GI endoscopy, ERCP exposure, liver disease management, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal motility disorders, pancreatic and biliary diseases, and GI oncology. Clinical training occurs at major tertiary care hospitals affiliated with OU Health, offering experience with complex referral cases and diverse patient populations. The fellowship emphasizes evidence-based medicine, procedural competence, academic scholarship, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Fellows actively participate in clinical research, journal clubs, teaching activities, and national conferences.
