The Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology (ESN) Fellowship at the University of Minnesota Medical School is a rigorous 2-year ACGME-accredited program focused on minimally invasive treatment of neurovascular diseases. Fellows receive multidisciplinary training with specialists from neurology, neuroradiology, and neurosurgery, gaining extensive experience in the diagnosis and endovascular management of cerebral aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations and fistulas, ischemic stroke, intracranial and extracranial atherosclerosis, vascular trauma, tumor embolization, spinal vascular disease, and pediatric neurovascular conditions. The program also provides opportunities for clinical and basic research and training across University of Minnesota Medical Center, Hennepin County Medical Center, and Fairview Southdale Hospital.
