Fellowship in Endovascular Neurosurgery

The Endovascular Neurosurgery Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center provides advanced clinical training in adult and pediatric neuroendovascular procedures. The fellowship offers exposure to the diagnosis and treatment of complex cerebrovascular conditions, including brain aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, arteriovenous fistulas, acute stroke, occlusive vascular disease, and traumatic vascular injuries. Fellows receive supervised training in diagnostic imaging, therapeutic decision-making, perioperative management, complication prevention and management, and multidisciplinary patient care. The program also includes daily clinical rounds, operative and endovascular case experience, educational conferences, and opportunities to participate in clinical research and collaborative basic science projects. The fellowship is accredited through the Society of Neurological Surgeons Committee on Advanced Subspecialty Training (CAST) fellowship certification program.
