The Fellowship in Endovascular Neurosurgery at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine, Aurora is a highly selective two-year fellowship providing advanced training in adult and pediatric cerebrovascular diseases. The first year focuses on diagnostic cerebral and spinal arteriography, disease pathophysiology, and clinical management, while the second year emphasizes hands-on endovascular treatment procedures. Fellows manage a broad range of conditions, including acute ischemic stroke, cerebral aneurysms, cerebral and head/neck vascular malformations, carotid disease, head and neck tumors, spinal tumors, arteriovenous fistulae, and vein of Galen malformations. The program offers exposure to approximately 600–800 cases per year across adult and pediatric patients and multiple affiliated hospitals.
