Fellowship in Emergency Medicine Administration

The Fellowship in Emergency Medicine Administration at UC Irvine School of Medicine, Irvine is an advanced fellowship program designed to prepare physicians for leadership and administrative roles within emergency departments and hospital systems in academic and community healthcare settings. The program focuses on developing expertise in emergency department operations, healthcare administration, quality improvement, patient safety, financial and operational management, medical informatics, risk management, healthcare policy, staffing, and resource management. Fellows receive direct mentorship, participate in leadership meetings, complete high-impact operational projects, and gain practical experience in improving emergency care delivery systems.
