Fellowship in Emergency Medical Services

1. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
2. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
3. Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine
4. Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
5. Curriculum Vitae and personal statement
6. Letters of recommendation (including residency program director)
7. Demonstrated interest in EMS systems, prehospital care, or disaster medicine
8. Ability to participate in fellowship application and interview process
