Overview
The trainees will spend 10 hours in OPD observership,10 hours in IPD observership,10 hours for Theory,20 hours at Echo machine hands on training,End of session evaluation- Theory and Practical. They will receive Certificate of Attendance (for those who do not take the evaluation),Certificate of Training (for those who take the evaluation). They will get knowledge on Basic anatomy and physiology,Echo machine and the knobs,How to image and acquire images,How to interpret images,measure & report,LV function assessment – Systolic and Diastolic,CAD assessment,Assessment of Valvular Heart Disease - Mitral,Aortic,Tricuspid,Pulmonary,Assessment - Pericardial Effusion.

Applicants should have completed MBBS with 2yrs experience or MD/ DNB/ Diploma in General Medicine / Family Medicine / Critical Care /Anesthesia /Paediatrics or Any equivalent qualification.
