The Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Fellowship is a 3-year, ACGME-accredited fellowship program that provides advanced training in the evaluation and management of developmental, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental disorders in children and adolescents. Fellows gain comprehensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral disorders. The program offers interdisciplinary training through clinical practice, research, advocacy, leadership development, medical education, and community-based experiences, including participation in the Illinois Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program. The fellowship prepares graduates for careers in academic medicine, clinical practice, research, and leadership in developmental-behavioral pediatrics.
