Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (FICM)

1. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
2. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program
3. Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine
4. Strong clinical performance and ICU experience
5. Curriculum Vitae and personal statement
6. Letters of recommendation (including program director letter)
7. USMLE/COMLEX examination scores
8. ECFMG certification for international medical graduates (if applicable)
9. Eligibility for medical licensure in Minnesota
10. Ability to participate in required fellowship application processes
