Fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electro Physiology

1. MD or equivalent medical degree
2. Completion of a Cardiovascular Disease/Cardiology fellowship.
3. Applicants must provide USMLE transcripts (all steps).
4. Three Letters of Recommendation are required, including one from the Cardiology Program Director.
5. Applicants must have a California medical license by the fellowship start date.
6. The fellowship is a 2-year ACGME-accredited program.

The Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology (CCEP) Fellowship at Keck School of Medicine of USC is a two-year ACGME-accredited program providing comprehensive training in the diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological disorders. The fellowship includes inpatient and outpatient care, noninvasive and invasive electrophysiology, complex catheter ablation using radiofrequency and cryoenergy, 3D mapping, pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, leadless pacemakers, subcutaneous ICDs, CRT devices, lead extraction, and management of complex arrhythmias. Fellows also participate in weekly didactic sessions, case-based learning, research, and clinical trials, with training across Keck USC Medical Center and Los Angeles General Medical Center.
