Fellowship in Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine

1. Applicants should have a doctoral degree (MD, DO, or PhD/doctoral degree in a clinically related discipline) appropriate for the fellowship.
2. The program is under the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
3. Candidates with an international doctoral degree may need to have their credentials reviewed for equivalency where applicable.

The Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Minnesota is a 12-month program focused on developing scientific and clinical expertise in cell manufacturing and regenerative medicine. Training covers hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell collection and processing, bone marrow transplantation, immune cell therapies such as CAR-T and NK cells, non-hematopoietic stem cells, quality control, regulatory standards, facility operations, and IND/CMC submissions. The curriculum also includes 3 months of research/elective training.
