The Fellowship in Breast & Gynecological Pathology is a one-year advanced training program based at the University of Colorado Hospital. The fellowship provides broad clinical exposure to breast, gynecological and obstetric pathology, including complex cases discussed through multidisciplinary clinics and conferences. Fellows independently work up cases with close faculty supervision and receive longitudinal training linking gynecological tumors with molecular findings through the Colorado Molecular Correlates Laboratory. The program also offers opportunities for research, teaching medical students and residents, participation in multidisciplinary conferences and journal clubs, and rotations at Children’s Hospital Colorado and other pathology subspecialties.
