The Adolescent Medicine Fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is a comprehensive three-year subspecialty training program dedicated to improving the health and well-being of adolescents and young adults. The fellowship provides intensive clinical training in the diagnosis and management of complex adolescent health conditions, including reproductive health concerns, eating disorders, obesity, substance use disorders, mental health challenges, chronic illnesses, gender-affirming care, and behavioral health issues. Fellows gain experience in outpatient clinics, inpatient consultation services, school-based health programs, and community health settings. A major component of the fellowship is scholarly and research training, allowing fellows to develop expertise in clinical investigation, public health, health policy, quality improvement, and adolescent health research. The program emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration with psychologists, social workers, nutritionists, educators, and public health professionals. Fellows also receive training in advocacy, leadership, and medical education. Graduates are eligible for subspecialty certification in Adolescent Medicine and are well prepared for careers in academic medicine, children's hospitals, public health agencies, research institutions, and specialized adolescent healthcare programs.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
