AIIMS Bilaspur offers MD General Medicine as a core postgraduate medical discipline that addresses non-surgical medical care across a broad spectrum of diseases. Over the course of three years, residents are exposed to both outpatient and inpatient care, clinical rounds, investigations, case discussions, emergency medicine, intensive care, consultations with sub-specialities, and academic training. Eligibility
- MBBS degree (or equivalent) from a recognised medical college.
- Completion of the rotating internship. (Implicit)
- Qualify in INI-CET exam.
- Meet minimum marks requirements in MBBS (General or category-wise minimum) as specified in AIIMS/INI rules. (Often around 55% for the general category, but the exact threshold should be checked in the current notification)
- Satisfy other regulatory requirements (medical registration, etc.) as detailed in the admission notice.
