The UCSF MD Program is a 4-year Doctor of Medicine program based on the Bridges Curriculum, which integrates foundational medical sciences with clinical education, patient care, scientific inquiry, and health systems learning. Students work collaboratively in interprofessional teams while developing clinical, communication, leadership, and research skills. The program prepares graduates for residency and future careers in medicine through progressive clinical experiences and opportunities to advance science and improve healthcare delivery.
