Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS)

A candidate seeking admission into main Kamil-e TIB-O-jarahat (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) course must have passed I.Sc. or 12th standard with Physies, Chemistry and Biology with Urdu as N.R.B. or its equivalent examination or passed pre jjb examinaiton of one year duration.

For kamil-e Jibb-O-jarahat courses (Urdu Medium) the candidate should have also passed the qualifying examination with Urdu either MIL examination with urdu.

Application form prospectus and guide to admission test can be abtained from principal office Z.H.Unani Medical college & Hospital Siwan (Bihar) by sending a crossed P.O. a crossed demand draft for Rs. 500/- made in favour of the princpal Z.H.Unani medical college & hospital siwan drawn on the central bank of india, siwan. The candidate may oftain the form & prospetus by cash payment of Rs.400/- from office in working time. the duly completed application form with attested copies of all certificates to show essential qualification date of firth and additional qualification if any and four passport size photo should be sent to the principal Z.H.Unani medical college hospital, Siwan-841226 (Bihar). Incimplete application will not be looked into.
