Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on the day of admission to the college.
2. P C B E aggregate 45% for open candidates and P C B E aggregate 40% for reservation candidates.
3. Shall have appeared for M.H. BSC. Nursing CET examination (Know Eligibility Criteria)
4. For admission to one of the best Bsc Nursing Colleges in Navi Mumbai, Students shall be Medically fit for admission.
5. The minimum educational requirements shall be passing of Higher Secondary examination/ equivalent examination from recognized board or University. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE) is compulsory.

On completion of B.Sc. Nursing degree programme the graduates will be able to:

1. Apply knowledge from physical, biological and behavioral sciences, medicine, including alternative systems and nursing in providing nursing care to individuals, families and communities.
2. Demonstrate understanding of life style and other factors, which affect health of individuals and groups.
3. Provide nursing care based on steps of nursing process in collaboration with the individuals and groups.
4. Demonstrate critical thinking skill in making decisions in all situations in order to provide quality care.
5. Utilize the latest trends and technology in providing health care.
6. Provide promotive, preventive and restorative health services in line with the national health policies and programs.
7. Practice within the framework of code of ethics and professional conduct and acceptable standards of practice within the legal boundaries.
8. Communicate effectively with individuals and groups and members of the health team in order to promote effective interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
9. Demonstrate skills in teaching to individuals and groups in clinical/ community health settings.
10. Participate effectively as members of the health team in health care delivery system.
11. Demonstrate leadership and managerial skills in clinical / community health settings.
12. Conduct need based research studies in various settings and utilize the research findings to improve the quality of care.
13. Demonstrate awareness, interest and contribute towards advancement of self and of the profession.

1. Admit card of M.H. BSC. Nursing CET.
2. Copy of Online Application Form
3. M.H. BSC. Nursing CET Marksheet.
4. Nationality certificate issued by District Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate (Competent Authority for issue of such certificate / valid Indian passport / School Leaving Certificate of HSC / 12th Std. Indicating the nationality of the candidate as Indian)
5. Domicile Certificate issued by District Magistrate/ Metropolitan Magistrate/ Add. District Magistrate or Competent Authority fir issue of such certificate.
6. H.S.C. (or equivalent) passing certificate (for Date of Birth)
7. Adhar Card
8. Medical fitness certificate (Annexure – H)

If Applicable:

1. Caste Certificate
2. Caste Validity Certificate
3. Non Creamy layer Certificate (for VJ, NT1, NT3 and OBC including SBC)
4. D1/D2/D3 : Ex-servicemen Certificate/ actual service certificate
5. D1/D2 : Domicile of Maharashtra Certificate of Defence person
6. D3 : Transfer Certificate
7. Eligibility Certificate for EWS category issued by Competent Authority
8. MKB : Disputed area Certificate, Meher tongue Certificate, SSC/HSC from MKB area.
9. HA : Parent Domicile Certificate, SSC/HSC of candidate from hilly area
10. For person with disability (PWD) Candidates – Medical Fitness Certificate of Authorized Medical Board
11. For Minority Candidates – Refer rule 5.11, 5.12, and 5.13.
12. For Orphan – respective Certificate from appropriate authority.
