Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

Applicants for admission to first year Basic B.Sc. Nursing shall fulfill the following:

• The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission
• The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of :

Higher secondary school certificate Examination (12 years course), OR

Senior School certificate Examination (10+2), pre-degree Examination (10+2) OR

An equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or University with science (Physics, chemistry, Biology) and English with minimum of 45% aggregate marks (PCBE) passing one at the same time.

• National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)
• Candidate should be medically fit.

Classes:

• Theory classes are conducted in college of Nursing, and MGM Medical College
• Clinical experience is provided at MGM group of hospitals at Kamothe, Vashi, Kalamboli, CBD Belapur
• Community health nursing experience is provided at, MGM’s Rural and Urban Health Centres
• Educational visits to related institutions are carried out as per University requirement
